Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The intern will support various business analysis activities and contribute to the development and implementation of business solutions. This position is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.

Requirement Gathering: Assist in the collection and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Support process mapping and improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.Support Implementation: Perform & assist in the implementation of business solutions, including software and process changes.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech degree.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SQL is a plus.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
